Take the exit onto PA-28 N/US-422 E, toward Kittanning/Indiana, and then take the US 422-E exit. Turn right at US-422 E/Benjamin Franklin Hwy and then take the PA-286/Oakland Avenue exit. Turn left at PA-286 E/US-422 BUS W/Oakland Ave and turn left at S 11th Street. IUP will be on the right.
