To the Brooklyn campus: Head west and make a slight right toward Grand Central Pkwy. Take the ramp on the left onto Grand Central Pkwy and then take the exit onto Brooklyn Queens Expy E. Merge onto I-278 W and take exit 31 toward Wythe Ave/Kent Ave. Merge onto Williamsburg St W and turn right at Flushing Ave. Turn left at Clinton Ave. The Brooklyn campus of Saint Joseph's College will be on the left.

 

To the Long Island campus: Head west and make a slight right toward 94th St. Turn left at 94th St and take the ramp onto Grand Central Pkwy. Take exit 10 E toward I-495/Long Is Expy/Manhattan/Eastern Long Is. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-495 E and merge onto I-495 E. Take exit 62 toward Nicolls Rd/Blue Point/Stony Brook and merge onto Expy Drive S. Take the County Rd 97/Nicholls Rd S ramp to Blue Point and merge onto County Rd 97 S/Nicolls Rd. Take the ramp to New York 27 (East) and merge onto NY-454 E.
