>> Tempe Diablo Stadium: It hosts various events during the year, including the spring training of Angels Baseball team. This Tempe attraction, located at 2200 West Alameda Drive, is accessed by many sports lovers who come here to watch the baseball games.

 

>> Arizona State University Art Museum: The museum has a vast collection of ceramic art items and it hosts numerous educational events, including exhibitions, demonstrations of art performances, lecture series, as well as the annual Family Fun Day, an event that is addressed to the entire family. Sports & outdoor events

 

A major Tempe annual sports event is the Insight Bowl, held at Sun Devil Stadium. The 21st annual Insight Bowl event was held on December 31, 2009, and the game was between Minnesota and Iowa State football teams. The event is held every year in Tempe, since 1989 and attracts thousands of fans who gather here to support their favorite team.

 

Festivals

 

- Tempe Music Festival: It is a two-day event, held every year, in March, featuring live music, provided by local and national bands, food vendors and many other fun activities held near Tempe Town Lake. Visitors will experience a doze of adrenaline by watching famous athletes, such as JD Webb and Parks Bonifay, making skateboard stunts at the Red Bull Wake Lab.

 

- Fantasy of Lights Festival: During this annual event that is happening in November, Tempe is festively decorated, and visitors can admire the spectacular fireworks show or watch the street entertainers in action.

 

- Tempe Town Lake Boat Parade: The parade happens in December and it is filled with fireworks and dozens of beautiful decorated boats, lighting up Tempe Town Lake.
