- Take the ramp onto George Washington Memorial Pkwy. and take the exit onto I-395 N toward Washington.

- Enter DC. Take exit 6 for I-395 N/C St. SW, toward D St NW/U.S. Senate/U.S. Capitol the House, and merge onto I-395 N (follow the signs for D St NW/New York Avenue).

- Turn right at New York Avenue NW and again at M St. NE.

- Take the 2nd left onto North Capitol St. NE and continue onto Blair Road NE.

- Turn right at Cedar St. NW (Cedar St NW turns slightly right and becomes Carroll St NW).
