Continue onto US-13 S and merge onto I-264 W, via the ramp to Downtown Norfolk/Portsmouth. Take exit 11B for US-460 E/VA-166 E/VA-168 N/Brambleton Ave. and merge onto US-460 E/VA-166 N/VA-168 N/E Brambleton Ave. Turn right at Park Ave. Norfolk University will be on the right.
