- Hilmar Cheese Company, A world renowned cheese factory where you can learn from "Daisy the Cow Director" how farmers care for cows, how cheese and whey transform and get processed, and you can try on your own cheesemaker suit. After the tour you can relax in the Cafe and get some souvenirs from the Gift Shop. Admission is free. The Fair opens each year on the last Friday in July for a 10-day run, and welcomes more than 220,000 visitors yearly.
